Naz received his B.S in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences in 2023 from University of California, Berkeley. Co-advised by Michael Lustig and Ana Arias, Naz continues his undergraduate research in the interface between flexible electronics and MRI. He interned at Texas Instruments in Dallas in the High Speed Signal Conditioning group as well as Apple in Cupertino in the Wireless Communications group, where he developed his passion for RF design. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. at the University of California, Berkeley, as a Chancellor’s and NSF GRFP fellow under the supervision of Michael Lustig and Ana Arias.
Research
Naz is interested in the intersection of flexible electronics, RF and Wireless Communication. His current research aims to develop an integrated RF mixer-on-coil for Motion Sensing and correction in MRI, using flexible and conformal coils, while minimizing cables.
