Inha Kim is a graduate student in Applied Science and Technology at UC Berkeley. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in physics from Seoul National University in 2023 and joined Javey Research Group as a Ph.D. student.
Research
Inha’s research interests include studies of novel nanomaterials for next-generation electronic devices suitable for high performance applications. He is currently working on the fabrication of transistors based on two-dimensional layered semiconductors such as transition metal dichalcogenides which show promising device performance in the nanoscale regime.
