Principal Scientist in Compute Memory Technologies
Dr. Dennis H.C. Lin received the B.S.E.E. from National Taiwan University in 1999 and M.S.E.E. and Ph.D. from Purdue University in 2000 and 2008, respectively. From 2001 to 2003, he was with Bell-Labs & Lucent Technologies in Holmdel, New Jersey developing the ultra-long-haul soliton optical communication systems.
Since 2009, he has been engaged in Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor gate stack/device research and development for advanced logic applications. He is currently a Principal Scientist in Compute Memory Technologies at IMEC Belgium.
