Dr. Xiaoyu Sun received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in 2020. He is currently a Technical Manager at TSMC Corporate Research, San Jose. His current research interests include AI accelerator design, performance modeling, and 3D integration technologies.
